Paul E. Sullivan (born 1952) is a retired United States Navy vice admiral.[3]
Sullivan is native of Chatham, New Jersey. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics.[3] He earned dual degrees of Master of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering and Ocean Engineer from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.[3] He was an associate professor of Naval Architecture for MIT.[4]
