Paul Michael Rosen[1] is an American attorney. He is currently a partner at Latham & Watkins.[2] He served as Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Investment Security from 2022 to 2024 in the Biden administration.[3]
Rosen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Juris Doctor from the USC Gould School of Law.[4]
