Pedioplanis haackei is a species of lizard in the family Lacertidae. The species is endemic to Angola.[1][2]
The specific name, haackei, is in honor of South African herpetologist Wulf Dietrich Haacke (1936–2021).[2]
Geographic range
P. haackei is found in Namibe Province in southwestern Angola.[1][2]
Habitat
The natural habitat of P. haackei is sandy plains near rock outcrops with some grass and Senegalia mellifera thorn bushes.[2]
