Pedro Andrés Toribio Topiltzin Francke Ballvé (born 1 November 1960) is a Peruvian economist who served as the minister of economy and finance from 30 July 2021 to 1 February 2022.[1] He has advised various politicians within Peru and is an expert on poverty, health and social policies studies.[2]
