Peniasi Dakuwaqa (born 9 April 1997) is a Fijian international rugby union player. He lived in Cook Island for a few years where he played rugby league and competed in athletics and broke the Cook Island, 100metres record of 10.97s which was held by Mark Sherwin since 1993 when he ran 10.42s during the Cook Island Games in 2020[1]
