Pentlandopterus

Pentlandopterus is a genus of prehistoric eurypterid from the Late Ordovician period. The genus contains one species, P. minor, known from the Pentland Hills in Scotland.[1] Pentlandopterus is classified as part of the family Dolichopteridae.[2]
