Pharmacy Act 1954

The Pharmacy Act 1954 (2 & 3 Eliz. 2. c. 61) was an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom that consolidated enactments related to pharmacy in Great Britain.[1]

Subsequent developments

The whole act was repealed by article 67 of, and paragraph 1 of part 1 of schedule 1 to, the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Order 2007 (S.I. 2007/289), which came into force on 30 March 2007.[3]
