Phil John Mann (born 16 October 1953) is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1970s and 1980s. He played for the Parramatta Eels, as a fullback. At 201 centimetres (6 feet 7 inches) tall, Mann was one of the tallest players to ever play the game. He is the son of former Parramatta Eels player Bruce Mann.
