Piccadilly Head is a local service district and designated place in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

As a designated place in the 2021 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, Piccadilly Head recorded a population of 112 living in 61 of its 77 total private dwellings, a change of -8.6% from its 2016 population of 124. With a land area of 2.99 km2 (1.15 sq mi), it had a population density of 41.5/km2 (107.4/sq mi) in 2016.[1]
