Pinewood is a parliamentary constituency represented in the House of Assembly of the Bahamas. It elects one member of parliament (MP) using the first past the post electoral system. It has been represented by Myles Laroda from the Progressive Liberal Party since 2021.[3]

History

In the 2007 Bahamian general election, Byron Woodside was declared winner in the Pinewood election court recount against Allyson Maynard Gibson by 49 votes.[4]

Geography

The constituency comprises the Pinewood area of Nassau, the capital and largest city of the Bahamas.[5]
