Pontevedra, officially the Municipality of Pontevedra (Capiznon/Hiligaynon: Banwa sang Pontevedra; Tagalog: Bayan ng Pontevedra), is a municipality in the province of Capiz, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 51,956 people.[5]
Barangays
Pontevedra is 19 kilometres (12 mi) from Roxas City.
Pontevedra is politically subdivided into 26 barangays. [6] Each barangay consists of puroks and some have sitios.
