Postplatyptilia huigraica is a moth of the family Pterophoridae. It is known from Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador (including the Galápagos Islands), Peru and Venezuela.[1]
The wingspan is 14–15 mm. Adults are on wing in February, June, August, and from October to December.[2] The caterpillars feed on two species of Cantinoa: Cantinoa mutabilis (synonym Hyptis mutabilis[3]) and Cantinoa americana (syn. Hyptis spicigera[4]) in the Lamiaceae.[5]
