The Prevention of Cruelty to Children Act 1894 (57 & 58 Vict. c. 41) was an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom that consolidated enactments related to the prevention of cruelty to, and protection of, children in the United Kingdom.[1]

The whole act was repealed by section 33(2) of, and the second schedule to, the Prevention of Cruelty to Children Act 1904 (4 Edw. 7. c. 15), which came into force on 1 October 1904.[3]
