The Prevention of Fraud (Investments) Act 1958 (6 & 7 Eliz. 2. c. 45) was an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom that consolidated enactments relating to the prevention of fraud in investments in Great Britain.[1]

Repealed enactments

Section 28(1) of the act repealed 3 enactments, listed in the second schedule to the act.[2]

Subsequent developments

The whole act was repealed by section 212(3) of, and part I of schedule 17 to, the Financial Services Act 1986, which came into force on 29 April 1988.[3]
