"Prima di ogni cosa" (transl. Before anything else) is a song co-written and recorded by Italian rapper Fedez. It was released on 2 November 2018 as the lead single from his fifth studio album Paranoia Airlines.[1]
The song is dedicated to his son Leone, born in March 2018 from the rapper's relationship with wife Chiara Ferragni.[2][3] It peaked at number one on the FIMI Singles Chart.[4]
