Přezletice is a municipality and village in Prague-East District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 2,500 inhabitants.

Etymology
The name was probably derived from the word přezlý (i.e. 'very evil').[2]
Geography
Přezletice is located about 7 kilometres (4 mi) northeast of Prague. It lies in a flat agricultural landscape in the Central Elbe Table.

There are no railways or major roads passing through the municipality.
Sights
The only protected cultural monument in the municipality is the site of a Paleolithic camp, now an archaeological site.[6] In the centre of Přezletice is the Chapel of the Virgin Mary.
