Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh (Urdu: قیصر احمد شیخ; born 12 September 1946) is a Pakistani businessman and politician who is currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Investment since 2025. Previously, he served as Federal Minister of Maritime Affairs, from 2024 to 2025. He had been a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan, from August 2018 to August 2023. Previously he was a member of the National Assembly from June 2013 to May 2018.

He was born on 12 September 1946.[1] He belongs to the Shaikh community of Chiniot, Punjab that has played a significant role in the development of trade and industry across the Indian subcontinent since the 19th century. In Pakistan, members of this community have made substantial contributions to economic activity, particularly in sectors such as textiles, chemicals, leather (tanneries), and foreign trade.[2]
