Qasr (Arabic: قصر, romanized: Qaṣr, lit. 'Palace') is a village located in the Hermel District of the Baalbek-Hermel Governorate in Lebanon.[1] For a short time, it was occupied by fighters of Syria's caretaker and transitional government.[2]
