Radhostice is a municipality and village in Prachatice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 100 inhabitants. The village of Libotyně within the municipality is well preserved and is protected as a village monument zone.

Radhostice lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north-west of Prachatice, 46 km (29 mi) west of České Budějovice, and 119 km (74 mi) south of Prague.
