Rafael Romo Muñoz (born November 22, 1940) is a Mexican Catholic prelate. He is archbishop emeritus of Tijuana, having served from 1996 to 2006 as bishop and from 2006 to 2016 as the first archbishop of the newly raised metropolitan archdiocese.[1][2]
