Ragıp Eşref Filiz (born 1 June 1978) is a Turkish author and journalist from Istanbul, Turkey. He is known for his political fiction novel Raul Mendez Must Die (2013) and for winning the National Tudem Literary Award in 2014 for his short story book The Horror Stories From The Anatolia .[1]
