Regina Elphinstone

Former provincial electoral district in Saskatchewan, Canada
Regina Elphinstone is a former provincial electoral division in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It was the riding of former Premier Allan Blakeney and later of former Deputy Premier Dwain Lingenfelter.[1]
