Renee Chatterton (born 21 August 1989, Belair) is an Australian rower. She was selected to represent Australia at the 2012 Summer Olympics in rowing.[1]
Nicknamed Ren and Swimmer, Chatterton was born on 21 August 1989 in Adelaide.[2] She is from the Blackwood of Adelaide area.[3] When she was young, she was a swimmer.[3] She went to school at St John's Grammar, Belair, and Highgate Primary School in South Australia before going to high school at Concordia College in South Australia. She enrolled at Flinders University in South Australia in 2011, where she worked on a Bachelor of Education/Health Science.[2] As of 2012[update], she lives in Adelaide.[2]
On 24 May 2016, Ben Manifold, Acting Principal of Wilderness School, announced that Chatterton was appointed Director of Rowing at Wilderness School.
Chatterton is 185 centimetres (73 in) tall and weighs 78 kilograms (172 lb).[2]
