Richard E. "Rick"[1] Salomon is an American investment banker and philanthropist. He served as a member of the board of directors of the Council on Foreign Relations from 2003 to 2013 and again from 2014 to 2017.[2]
Salomon graduated with a BA from Yale University in 1964 and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business in 1967.[3][4]
