Richard "Dick" Houlihan (born September 5, 1956) is an American former professional stock car racing driver who competed in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour from 1986 to 1987, and again from 2002 to 2007. Houlihan was a successful Pro- 4 Modified and Pro Stock competitor in New England before his transition to modifieds.[1]
Houlihan has also previously competed in series such as the Modified Racing Series and the Tri-Track Open Modified Series.[2]
