Sir Richard Wapshare, KCIE, CB, CSI (1860–1932) was a British Lieutenant General in the Indian Army. He served in the East African campaign during World War I and participated in the battles of Tanga and Jassin. He also took part in the Operations against the Marri and Khetran tribes in 1918.
