Ride the Rhythm is the debut studio album by American rapper Chill Rob G.[3][4] It was released on May 23, 1989, via Wild Pitch Records.[5] The recording sessions took place at Air Wave Sound in New York. The album was produced by the 45 King, Nephie Centeno, Pasemaster Mase, and Prince Paul. It peaked at number 60 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums in the United States.[6]

It contains four singles: "Dope Rhymes", "Court Is Now in Session", "Let Me Show You" and "The Power". In 1998, the album was selected as one of The Source's "100 Best Rap Albums".[7][8] His song "The Power" appeared in The Fisher King (1991), A Low Down Dirty Shame (1994), First Kid (1996) and Romy and Michele: In the Beginning (2005).
