Ritu Mitharwal

Ritu Mithawal is an Indian kabaddi player from Haryana.[1] She plays for the Indian women's national kabaddi team and for Haryana in the domestic tournaments. She is an all-rounder and defender.[2][3]
She is from Kalali village, Bhiwani district, Haryana. Her father Vijay Singh is a farmer and her mother is Krishna Devi.[4]
She was a part of the Indian women's national kabaddi team that won gold in the Women’s Kabaddi World Cup 2025 at Bangladesh in November 2025.[5]
