Rob Roy is a 1961 British television serial based on the novel by Sir Walter Scott.[1][2] It was one of the first roles for Samantha Eggar.[3]
Tom Fleming, who played the title role, had previously played Rob Roy on stage in Edinburgh.[4]
The Daily Telegraph said the adaptation "reflected Sir Walter Scott's integrity as a novelist."[5]
