Rob Summers (born February 19, 1972) is an American professional stock car racing driver who competed in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour from 1997 to 2021. Summers is the owner of Hoosier Tire East, the main racing tire distributor for New England.[citation needed] In 2005, he won the SK Modified track championship at the Waterford Speedbowl.[1]

Summers has also competed in series such as the Tri-Track Open Modified Series, the Modified Racing Series, the USAC Silver Crown Series, and the World Series of Asphalt Stock Car Racing.[2]
