"Rocket" is a song by English singer-songwriter Robbie Williams, featuring Tony Iommi (Black Sabbath) and Glenn Hughes (Trapeze, Deep Purple),[1] released as the lead single from Williams' upcoming thirteenth studio album, Britpop.[2] On 13 June, a ballad-style reworking of the song, retitled "Pocket Rocket", was released.[3]

Williams released the single on the same day he announced the forthcoming release of parent album Britpop.[4][5] A music video, directed by Charlie Lightening, was released on 23 May 2025.[6]

Commercial performance

"Rocket" debuted at number 34 on the UK Singles Downloads Chart and at number 36 on the UK Singles Sales Chart, on 30 May 2025.[7]

Critical reception

Tom Breihan, writing for Stereogum, praised the single, calling it "impressive".[8]
