Rodney Rice (born June 18, 1966) is an American former professional football player who was a defensive back in the National Football League (NFL). He played for the New England Patriots in 1989 and for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 1990.[1] He played college football for the BYU Cougars and was selected by the Patriots in the eighth round of the 1989 NFL draft with the 210th overall pick.[2]
