Roman Nesterenko (born 22 March 1977) is a football coach and former player who is currently the goalkeeper coach for Lithuanian club DFK Dainava. He had previously been the head coach for FSC Mariupol from 2022 to 2023.

Born in Ukraine, he played as a goalkeeper, and has represented the Kazakhstan national football team, for whom he has earned two caps.
