Rosevale, Tasmania

Rosevale is a rural locality in the local government areas of Meander Valley and West Tamar in the Launceston region of Tasmania. It is located about 25 kilometres (16 mi) west of the town of Launceston. The 2016 census determined a population of 117 for the state suburb of Rosevale.[1]

History
The name was used for a post office in the area from 1875. Rosevale was gazetted as a locality in 1968.[2]
