Royden Rabinowitch, OC (born March 6, 1943) is a Canadian post-minimalist sculptor who exhibits internationally. Some critics consider him one of the pioneers of modern sculpture.[1] Rabinowitch was elected Visiting Associate 1983/84; Visiting Fellow 1984/85 and Life Member 1986 of Clare Hall, Cambridge University. In 2002, he was appointed Officer of the Order of Canada (OC). He lives and works in Ghent, Cambridge, UK, and Waterloo, Ontario.

Rabinowitch was born in Toronto, Ontario, and is the cerebral, reclusive twin brother of sculptor David Rabinowitch. He studied at the University of Western Ontario, London, and briefly at the Ontario College of Art, Toronto.[2] After beginning his career in Toronto in the early 1960s, he moved to London, Ontario. He moved to New York City in 1974.
