Ruka Natami (屶網瑠夏 (Natami Ruka); born 29 June 2002) is a Japanese freestyle wrestler.[1]

Career
Natami is also the 2022 junior world champion and the 2019 cadet world champion.[2] She represented Japan at the 2022 Women's Freestyle Wrestling World Cup where she finished sixth in her weight category.[3]
She won the gold medal in the 59 kg category at the 2025 U23 World Wrestling Championships in Novi Sad and the silver medal at the 2024 U23 World Wrestling Championships in Tirana.[4]
