Rune Haugseng (born 16 March 1970) is a Norwegian handball player.
He made his debut on the Norwegian national team in 1998, and played 23 matches for the national team between 1998 and 1999.[1] He competed at the 1999 World Men's Handball Championship.
He is the father of fellow handball players Kaja Haugseng and Andreas Horst Haugseng.[2]
