Rusiec [ˈruɕɛt͡s] is a village in Bełchatów County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland.[1] It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Rusiec. It lies approximately 28 km (17 mi) west of Bełchatów and 62 km (39 mi) south-west of the regional capital Łódź.
