S. H. Brauer Sr. (November 9, 1899 – May 11, 1976) was a Republican politician and physicican from Nebraska who served as a member of the Nebraska Legislature from the 21st district from 1965 to 1969.
Brauer was born in Freeman, South Dakota, in 1899, and attended the University of Oklahoma, receiving his bachelor's degree in 1924 and his medical degree in 1926.[1] He settled in Norfolk, where he practiced medicine for fifty years.[2] Brauer served in the U.S. Army Air Forces during World War II[2]
