Sainte-Anastasie-sur-Issole (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃t anastazi syʁ isɔl], lit. 'Sainte-Anastasie on Issole'; Provençal: Santa Anastasia d'Içòla) is a commune in the Var department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in southeastern France.[3]
