Sari Maritta Baldauf (born 10 August 1955 in Kotka, Finland) is a Finnish businesswoman who is chairwoman of the board of directors of Nokia.[1] She joined the board in 2018 and became vice chair in 2019, before she succeeded Risto Siilasmaa as chairwoman in 2020.[2] In January 2026, it was announced that Baldauf plans to step down as chairwoman at the annual general meeting in April 2026.[3] Until 2005, she was head of Nokia's Networks Business Group.
