Schizocypris brucei is a species of cyprinid of the genus Schizocypris.[2] Its common name is the Waziristan snowtrout[2] and it inhabits Iran, Pakistan and Afghanistan.[2] It was described in 1914.[2] Its maximum length is 14.0 centimetres (5.5 in)[2] and it is considered harmless to humans.[2]
