Schwenckia micrantha is a species of flowering plant in the family Solanaceae. It is native to Costa Rica and parts of northern and northeastern Brazil,[1] where it grows mainly in wet tropical biomes.[2][3] The species typically grows as a small subshrub.[3] The species was first described by the French botanist Michel Félix Dunal. It was published in the botanical work Prodromus Systematis Naturalis Regni Vegetabilis in 1847.[2]
