Selisoo Nature Reserve is a nature reserve which is located in Ida-Viru County, Estonia.^[1]

The area of the nature reserve is 1,444 ha (3,570 acres) (14.44 km² (5.58 sq mi)).^[2]

The protected area was founded in 2015 to protect valuable habitat types and threatened species in Metsküla village (former Mäetaguse Parish).^[1]
