Semerovo (Hungarian: Komáromszemere) is a village and municipality in the Nové Zámky District in the Nitra Region of south-west Slovakia.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 152 metres (499 ft)[2] and covers an area of 23.40 km2 (9.03 sq mi) (2024).[4]
