Serasi Autoraya

The company began its history in 1986 as PT Sinar Inti Telaga, a car rental service provider. In 1990, the company changed its name to its current trademark, “Astra Rent A Car.” On October 5, 2001, the company changed its trademark to “TRAC.”

In 2003, the company began providing vehicle crew services. In August 2004, the company began providing motorcycle rental services. In October 2005, the company launched its O-Renz taxi service in Surabaya.^[3] In December 2005, together with Toyofuji Shipping, the company established PT Toyofuji Serasi Indonesia to expand into the shipping business.

In May 2006, mobil88 officially became part of the company. In April 2007, the company launched a used car auction house under the name "ibid." Also in 2007, the company began providing trucking services. In June 2010, the company established PT Serasi Mitra Mobil to house mobil88.

In July 2010, the company established PT Serasi Shipping Indonesia to expand into the shipping business. In April 2012, the company began providing bus rental services. In 2014, the company started providing courier services.^[2][4] In February 2019, the company launched a fleet management system called "AstraFMS".^[5]

In September 2021, through mobil88, the company launched an online used car application called mo88i which has now changed to OLXmobbi and has a business model as a used car buying and selling platform supported by the Astra Group and stands alone under Astra International with the name PT Astra Digital Mobil. ^[6][7]
