Description

Adults reach a length of about 2.5–3.2 mm. They have a yellow body. The pronotum has a black marking. The elytron is black with five yellow spots.

Etymology

This species is named for Max Barclay of the BMNH, one of the collectors of the large series of specimens that was used to describe the species.[1]
