Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute (SZPGMI) Lahore (Urdu: Ø´ÛØ® زÛد Ù¾Ùسٹ گرÛجÙÛÙ¹ Ù ÛÚÛک٠اÙØ³Ù¹Û Ù¹ÛÙÙ¹ (SZPGMI) ÙاÛÙر ) is one of the premier medical institutions and the first facility offering liver transplant (جگر ٹراÙسپÙاÙÙ¹) in Pakistan.[1][2] located at the geographic center of Lahore, Pakistan.

History
Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute (SZPGMI), Lahore Started as a donation from Shaikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and people of United Arab Emirates was commissioned on 8 September 1986 as Federal Postgraduate Medical Institute and Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore.[3]
