Shaoyang University (Chinese: 邵阳学院; pinyin: Shàoyáng Xuéyuàn; lit. 'Shaoyang College') is a provincial public college in Shaoyang, Hunan, China. The college is granted university status. The college is under the Hunan Provincial Department of Education.
