Professor Sheena Lovia Boateng is an associate professor at the Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship at the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS).[1] She is also the executive director of PearlRichards Foundation. She is the first female to complete a PhD in marketing from the University of Ghana , as well as the first female Professor of Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the institution. Prof. Boateng is the founder of the Women in Tertiary Education (WITE) Network.[2]

She spent some of her formative years at St. Monica's Senior High School in Mampong-Asanti, located in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. She graduated from the University of Ghana with a bachelor's degree in marketing and later acquired both her MPhil and PhD in marketing at the University of Ghana Business School in 2013.[3][4]
